Students and postdocs coming from an ITC country and submitting an abstract of a talk are encouraged to apply for an ITC grant of the COST Action CA16104 Gravitational waves, black holes and fundamental physics. (The following countries are considered ITC: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Republic of Serbia and Turkey.)
