10th Central European Relativity Seminar

February 20-22, 2020, Potsdam-Golm

The 10th Central European Relativity Seminar will be held in Potsdam-Golm from Thursday, February 20 to Saturday, February 22, 2020. The meeting will begin on Thursday at 10am and end on Saturday mid-day at The Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics (Albert Einstein Institute). The programme will include three keynote lectures, by Stefan Hollands (Leipzig), Tom Dutilleul (Paris XIII), and Dennis Rätzel (HU Berlin).

The Potsdam-Golm meeting will be the tenth seminar of a series initiated at the Erwin Schroedinger Institute in Vienna in 2011. Here is the list, with links, to all previous meetings.

This series of seminars is designed to provide a forum for younger researchers to present their work, and to expand their research horizons, in all topics of research in general relativity. While the main geographical basin of attraction is Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Germany, we welcome researchers from all countries.

Students and postdocs coming from an ITC country and submitting an abstract of a talk are encouraged to apply for an ITC grant of the COST Action CA16104 Gravitational waves, black holes and fundamental physics. More details and instructions how to apply can be found on https://gwverse.tecnico.ulisboa.pt/itc-grants/. (The following countries are considered ITC: Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Republic of Serbia and Turkey.)

See you in Potsdam-Golm in February!
