There are also two guest rooms available at the institute https://wigner.mta.hu/ for four people. There is a need for registration (send an email to <nagy-egri.mate[at]wigner.mta.hu>) as it is inside of a well guarded campus of the institute. Notice that it is relatively far from the venue.
